Last updated October 12, 2026. This notice covers the fivegallon.app website. The Five Gallon app has its own terms in each customer's agreement.

What we collect

• Demo requests: the name, company, email, phone, trade, company size and message you send us.
• Basic server logs: IP address, browser and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.

How we use it

To reply to your request, set up a demo, and keep the site secure. We send email through our email provider; demo requests are delivered to our inbox.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site and our email (hosting and email delivery). They process it on our behalf.
